Bilingual Immigration law paralegal

Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English
Must live in or around the Atlanta, GA area
Full-time - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Bilingual Immigration Paralegal to play an important role on our legal team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment while providing exceptional client service. You'll draft legal documents such as affidavits, prepare briefs, conduct legal research for trial preparation, and keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible.
This role supports attorneys and clients through various employment-based and/or family-based immigration matters from intake through filing and case completion. If you're interested in advancing your paralegal career with growth opportunities, we want to hear from you.
Help lawyers prepare for trial by preparing and organizing exhibits, assisting with client meetings, filing motions, conducting research on legal articles, and organizing and coordinating witnesses

Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications with USCIS, DOS, EOIR, and other government agencies
Draft forms, support letters, cover letters, affidavits, and legal packets
Communicate with clients regarding case progress, document collection, and deadlines
Translate and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients as needed
Coordinate with attorneys, case managers, and administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow
Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar
Fluency in English and Spanish required
Must live in or around the Atlanta, GA area
Minimum 1-2 years of law experience preferred
Experience with case management software preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
