New Client Onboarding Associate exists to ensure new clients are successfully onboarded to Redirect Health so they understand how our model works, feel confident from day one, and are set up for long-term success.

Serve new clients, brokers, and internal Customer Success and care teams

Be responsible for on-time, high-quality onboarding completion and strong initial client relationships

Enjoys project management, client communication, and problem‑solving

Own: End‑to‑end onboarding projects for new clients, including timelines, tasks, communication, and completion

Healthcare Consultants, AR Specialists, Brokers, Care Logistics, Claims, and Member Success teams

Running onboarding projects that are on‑time, organized, and clear

Communicating proactively and building trust with clients and brokers

On‑time completion of onboarding projects

Brings relevant experience in customer service, professional services and/or customer onboarding (+5 years)

Brings experience in account management or client success (+2 years)

Enjoys simplifying complex problems (proven analytical and project management skills)

Cares deeply about helping people (passion for healthcare and client service, self‑starter with a results‑oriented mindset)

Preferred (Health Insurance License preferred)

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; No cost to add your spouse or children

Bonus or incentive opportunities - Up to fifteen‑thousand dollars per year
