You will not spend your days navigating insurance denials or feeling like a cog in a hospital machine. At Gameday you are part of a small, tight-knit clinical team where every patient knows your name and every injection you give is part of a treatment that genuinely changes someone’s quality of life.
Men come to us because they are tired of being told their numbers are “fine” when they feel anything but. THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF: • You want a large hospital or multi-physician practice environment • You are uncomfortable with men’s health topics including testosterone and sexual wellness • You need constant supervision and direction to stay on task • You are not a people person, genuine patient connection feels like work • You are not comfortable with injections and blood draws as a core daily task
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF: • You thrive in a small, focused clinical setting where you know every patient by name • You are confident and proficient with injections, phlebotomy, and in-office lab procedures • You are warm, professional, and put patients at ease from the moment they walk in • You take ownership of your role without being managed every step of the way • You are genuinely curious about men’s health and hormone therapy • You want to be part of something growing and be recognized for your contribution
Together you cover blood draws, testosterone injections, in-office lab processing, vital signs, and patient intake. As an LPN you bring full injection-qualified clinical capability to every shift, meaning patients are never waiting on care.
Perform venipuncture and blood draws for in-office hormone and lab panels - you must be confident, efficient, and accurate, with the ability to maintain a smooth pace and keep patient flow on schedule

• Process and run in-office lab cartridges and report results to the clinical director
• Operate the SECA medical body composition scanner - document and communicate results to patients
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical supply inventory
• Assist the clinical director with in-office procedures including GainsWave shockwave therapy and P-Shot (training provided)
• Contribute to a clinical environment that feels professional, private, and genuinely welcoming

This is an all-hands-on-deck environment - you are expected to jump in wherever needed, including covering the front desk, answering phones, greeting patients, and helping keep patient flow moving smoothly.
Active Ohio LPN license in good standing

• Demonstrated proficiency with venipuncture and phlebotomy - confident, efficient, and accurate; your pace directly impacts clinic flow and patient experience
• Comfortable working in a men’s health, specialty clinic, or outpatient setting
• High computer literacy - EMR documentation accuracy is non-negotiable

Experience in men’s health, hormone therapy, med spa, or concierge medicine

• Familiarity with testosterone replacement therapy, peptide protocols, or GLP-1 weight loss programs (we train - curiosity matters more than prior experience)
• Experience with in-office CLIA-waived lab processing
• Experience with aesthetic or wellness procedures - shockwave therapy, PRP, or similar
