Key Responsibilities Treatment Administration: Deliver precise therapeutic radiation treatments strictly adhering to physician prescriptions, treatment plans, and safety standards.
Quality Assurance & Safety: Perform daily machine warm-ups, quality control checks, and strict radiation protection protocols.
Patient Care & Positioning: DIBH, surface-guided radiation therapy/AlignRT).
Monitor, reassure, and guide patients through their treatment course while documenting and reporting any clinical side-effects to the care team.
Documentation & Data Management: Maintain precise patient charts, treatment logs, and clinical records using Record & Verify systems.
Partner daily with Radiation Oncologists, Physicists, Nurses, and fellow Therapists to maintain a smooth, safe clinical flow.
or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiation Therapy or related field.
Active ARRT (T) certification (or ARRT-eligible for new graduates).
Active State Board Licensure (or immediate eligibility to obtain prior to hire).

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist patients with physical mobility and positioning safely throughout the shift.
