Head of management hr

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Human Resources to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.
This leader will serve as a strategic HR partner across the organization, supporting executive stakeholders and helping shape people practices that enable business performance. The role will have broad ownership across employee relations, HR policy execution, learning and development, and HR program administration. It will also contribute to compensation strategy and HRIS improvements while helping drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Location: Redwood City, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities Support leadership with comprehensive HR services and strategic guidance
Execute the learning and development plan in collaboration with senior HR leadership
Promote awareness and participation in HR initiatives across the employee population
Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Manage conflict resolution and employee relations matters
Contribute to HRIS improvements and compensation-related initiatives
Qualifications BA or higher in a related field
10+ years of HR management experience
Experience developing and administering HR programs
Pharmaceutical industry background with drug development knowledge
Broad scope of HR responsibilities facilitating professional growth
Contribution to HRIS improvements and compensation strategies
Focus on learning and development initiatives
