RN / Perioperative Nursing Job in D
Rock Health
Role: Registered Nurse in a surgical setting, providing high-quality peri-operative care.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients prior to surgery
Educate patients and families
Prepare patients with IV therapy and medications
Participate in surgical site verification
Respond to emergencies
Deliver patient-centered care
Assess and document patient conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Nursing Diploma
Basic Cardiac Life Support (obtained within 30 days)
Key Duties
Manage patient preparation
Participate in surgical protocols
Monitor patient status
Ensure safety and effective workflow in the Operating Room
Skills & Environment
Critical thinking, scientific judgment, technical proficiency, teamwork, and communication skills.
Supportive, respectful culture with continuous investment in equipment and staff development.
