Automotive Dealership Receptionist (Full Time: M-F)

Job Description Description: Five Star Ford Dallas is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive dealership experience.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department or team member.
Assist with directing customers to the Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance departments.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
Provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
Support the dealership team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Previous receptionist, customer service, preferred.
Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment.
Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience from the moment customers walk through the door.
