Phlebotomist Part Time - PAML

PAML a Labcorp company is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team in Federal Way WA

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 11:30am; additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
Process billing information and collect payments when required
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Provide superior customer service to all patients
Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Travel to additional sites when needed

Valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy License

3 or more months of phlebotomy experience
6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy

In lieu of state license requirement listed above an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client this role you will provide exceptional customer service perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the addition you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.

QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics

Pay Range: $22.30 - $27.69 per hour

All job offers will bebased on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience applicabledegrees/certificationsas well as internal equity and market data.
