Staff Pharmacist - 3rd Shift

This role is not focused on hands‑on compounding, but rather on validating lab‑prepared compounds, supporting pharmacy technicians, and maintaining operational accuracy and workflow efficiency. This is a fast-paced, execution‑driven position ideal for a pharmacist who is detail‑oriented, operationally strong, and comfortable working across multiple areas of pharmacy workflow. This position supports overnight operations from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Monday through Friday.

Conduct final verification prior to fulfillment and shipment.

Validate formulations prepared by the lab to ensure compliance with internal standards.

Support and oversee pharmacy technicians throughout workflow.

Maintain efficient processing in a high-volume environment during overnight operations.

Maintain an organized, inspection‑ready pharmacy environment.

Communicate updates and outstanding items for operational continuity and smooth shift handoffs.

Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.

Availability to work Monday through Friday, 12:00 AM-8:00 AM.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in a compounding pharmacy environment.

Experience in high-volume pharmacy operations.
