Head of Project Management

Technical PM / BA with Pharma and Sitecore experience
8-12 years of experience in digital/web delivery roles, with at least:
3+ years working on Sitecore (or similar CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager)
Digital marketing ecosystems (CMS, DAM, personalization, analytics)
Pharma content lifecycle and MLR review processes
Sitecore platform (content, personalization, workflows)
Agile / Scrum methodologies
Azure DevOps
Java script
Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional stakeholder environments
Experience working with distributed (onshore/offshore) delivery models
Program & Project Management
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Sitecore website development and enhancement programs
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests across onshore and offshore teams
Business Analysis & Requirements
Partner with business stakeholders (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory) to gather and refine requirements
Support MLR review process readiness and ensure compliance with pharma content governance
Stakeholder Management
Business teams (Brand, Digital, Medical Affairs)
Creative & digital agencies
Offshore Sitecore development teams
Work closely with Sitecore developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery
Drive Agile/Scrum execution (backlog grooming, sprint planning, demos)
Ensure content migration, personalization, and DAM integrations are delivered effectively
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to pharma regulatory standards (GxP, MLR workflows)
Support UAT planning, execution, and sign‑off
Bachelor’s degree
