Full Time CNA Coordinator
Claiborne Senior Living
Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a highly organized and dependable Staffing Coordinator to support clinical staffing operations within our senior living community. This role plays a vital part in ensuring appropriate coverage, budget alignment, and quality service delivery. In senior living, effective staffing directly impacts resident care and team morale.
Play a key role in supporting resident care through strong staffing systems
Help maintain stability, consistency, and team performance
Work in a supportive environment with growth opportunities
Participate in on-call rotation as assigned
Support onboarding and orientation for new care team members
Track training requirements and assist with competency documentation
Attend daily stand-up meetings to support staffing and resident care needs
Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
Experience in senior living or healthcare preferred
Proficiency with scheduling software and standard office applications
Double time pay on major holidays
Up to $1,000 employee referral bonus (no limit)
