Evening and Overnight Grill Cooks

Looking for one experienced Line Cook to join our team for EVENING shifts.
High Volume and/or Catering Experience Heavily Preferred.
Evening Shift: 4PM-12AM Tuesday-Thursday
Evening Shift: 4PM/5PM - 4PM Friday + Saturday
Evening Shift: 3PM-10PM Sundays
Your Role: As a Lead Line Cook, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the exceptional culinary creations that define DIEGO. Collaborate with our culinary team to prepare and execute menu items with precision and consistency.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen. As a late night chef you will be responsible for closing down the kitchen at the end of the night.
You MUST have current ServSafe Food Handler and ServSale Allergen for Illinois
Contribute to menu innovation by bringing your creative ideas to the table as you grow with the team.
Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, casual dining environment, three-four years experience preferred in a high-volume setting.
Strong understanding of culinary techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Passion for learning, growth, and culinary innovation. Humility, respect and support for all area of the kitchen, including dish area! Opportunities for professional growth within the Entre Suenos restaurant group.
