We’re hiring a Night Security Guard to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn, Montgomery.

Shift: Overnight | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

We are seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed Night Security Guard to provide a safe and secure environment for guests, associates, and property assets during overnight hours. This role is primarily stationed indoors but includes routine monitoring and patrol of the hotel’s exterior areas, including the parking lot. Maintain a visible security presence throughout the hotel during overnight hours

Monitor hotel activity to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and visitors
Monitor security cameras, alarm systems, and access points
Document incidents, observations, and shift activities in daily security logs
Assist hotel staff with safety-related issues as needed
Enforce hotel policies and procedures in a respectful and customer-focused manner
Contact local law enforcement or emergency services when appropriate

This position requires working overnight hours in a hotel setting. High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior security, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Must be able to remain alert and attentive throughout overnight shifts
Ability to patrol outdoor areas in various weather conditions
