Insurance Producer - Flexible

The Insurance Administrator will support the growth and retention of the agency’s business while providing high-quality service. This full-time, long-term role and includes structured training and a transition period.

Hours: Full-Time, Permanent: 8:30am-4:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the Insurance Department in daily operations, training, and transitions to ensure continuity of service and contribute to long-term growth.

Log all call activity, progress, and outcomes in the CRM system; maintain accurate, real-time updates in the agency management system for all client, policy, and revenue data.

Partner with Marketing on insurance-related initiatives, including content support for communications and social media.

Provide administrative support for meetings, including calendar coordination, materials preparation, and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree required; experience in insurance, benefits administration, or service-focused roles strongly preferred.

Active Life, Accident & Health insurance license preferred; Carrier appointments with multiple insurance carriers are a strong advantage.

Client-focused, professional, and skilled at building long-term relationships through clear communication.

Self-motivated, accountable, and committed to a long-term career in insurance.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office environment; Office-based position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30am to 4:30pm, with flexibility to work outside of standard hours as needed to support client retention.

May involve the rare occurrence of an overnight stay or off-site client meetings.

Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work

Occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 20lbs

License/Certification Insurance Producer License (Preferred)

Life Insurance License (Preferred)
