LPN-Nephrology Clinic-Full Time

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Dialysis (ICHD)

Three (3) Days/week, 12 Hour Shifts (Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday)
DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. Do you desire to deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way - the way you'd want your own care to be?

DaVita - which is Italian for "giving life" - is working to provide quality service to patients, partners, and teammates. No Dialysis experience is required.
Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
Float to various clinics during and after your training.
You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.

Paid training.
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a LVN preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years experience in Dialysis, In-Center Hemodialysis (ICHD) preferred.
Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in computer systems of DaVita within 90 days of hire required).
