Front Desk Receptionist (Temporary Part-Time)

We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team in Champaign. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while providing administrative support to multiple departments.

This position is ideal for a college student or someone looking to gain valuable business experience while working in a professional environment with opportunities for advancement.

Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with one of Central Illinois's most respected automotive groups. Successful team members often advance into our Accounting Office, Business Development Center, Human Resources, Sales, Service, and Management teams.

Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteouslyAssist customers by connecting them with the appropriate department or team member

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and other clerical duties

Support various dealership departments with administrative tasks

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression of the dealership

Assist with additional office duties as needed

Strong customer service skills

Basic computer skills

Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Paid training with an experienced mentor
