Estimator - Property/Construction

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects in the property industry.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine labor, material, and time estimates.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary project details.
Identify and evaluate potential risks to ensure cost-effective project execution.
Maintain and update cost databases and documentation for future reference.
Provide support during bid preparation and contract negotiations.
Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed to ensure budget alignment.
