We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team with a focus on Workers’ Compensation, Payroll, Leave of Absences, and ACA Compliance.

Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.

Performs quality checks of benefits‑related data.

Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes.

Distributes all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility.

Participate in employee engagement initiatives related to compensation and benefits.

Manage workers’ compensation claims, ensuring timely reporting and communication with insurance providers.

Coordinate return‑to‑work programs and follow up on claim statuses.

Administer leave requests, including FMLA, CFRA, ADA, and personal leave.

Track and maintain leave records while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

Associate’s degree in HR or related field, but experience and/or other training/certification may be substituted for the education.

2+ years of HR experience with a focus on workers’ compensation, payroll, leave management, and ACA compliance.

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel regularly between centers.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field of study.

SHRM-CP or HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred.

Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits programs, and HR regulations.
