At WoodCreek Bend Memory Care, we offer fulfilling roles in assisted living and memory care, where staff can make a meaningful impact while working in a respectful and enriching setting.

Flexible Schedule: Full-Time | 2:00PM - 10:00PM | 4 on 2 off rotating schedule

Supportive Team: We value our caregivers as much as our residents

Provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance

Ensure residents' safety and comfort while promoting dignity and independence

Monitor residents for changes in physical or cognitive condition, document care provided, and communicate effectively with nurses, family members, and other team members

Offer specialized support for individuals with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, using patience and understanding to engage residents in activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being

Must be 18 years of age or older

• 1 year of experience required in assisted living or skilled nursing (required)
• There will be three consecutive days of training that are required, along with completion of Educare training, prior to working any scheduled shifts.
