Head of Sales Management

Sales Manager - Multi-Location
Stretch Zone | North & Midtown Tallahassee
Stretch Zone is looking for a driven Sales Manager to oversee the sales performance and membership growth of our North Tallahassee and Midtown Tallahassee studios.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing people, and driving results. You'll lead by example-coaching the sales process, conducting consultations, following up with prospective members, and helping both studios achieve consistent growth.
Performance bonus based on studio revenue

• 3% of Midtown Tallahassee studio revenue
• Paid training and ongoing professional development

Drive membership sales and revenue growth across both Tallahassee studios
Coach and motivate team members to improve sales performance
Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving goals
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A desire to grow professionally and help build a high-performing team
