Review existing client policies regularly to ensure their coverage matches any changes in their life or business.

Provide clear guidance and support during the claims process, acting as a steady hand for clients when they need it most.

Cultivate genuine, long-term connections within the community to build a reputation based on trust and reliability.

Document all client interactions accurately to maintain organized and up-to-date account records.

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Minimum of two years of experience in an insurance sales or customer-facing advisory role.

Strong ability to explain complex insurance concepts in plain, easy-to-understand language.

Technical comfort with industry-standard policy management systems and office software.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior background in working with local communities or small businesses.
