Due' Cucina Italiana is looking for a Hot Line Cook to join our Capitol Hill team! The restaurant is located at 412 Broadway E, Seattle, WA 98102.
At Due' Cucina Italiana we love food that is real, fresh and authentic. We serve homemade pasta bowls and other dishes inspired by the best of the Italian tradition. All of our dishes are cooked fresh from scratch every day, including our pasta that is extruded in the pasta lab right inside our restaurant. Treating customers as family

Growth Opportunities
In this role, the Hot Line cook will:
Accurately and efficiently cook pasta, sauces, and other hot food items according to company standards.
Prepare and portion ingredients in advance to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Handle all preparation for items required in daily operations.
Communicate effectively with the Cold Line and Food Expeditor to ensure seamless BOH workflow.
Take responsibility for daily hotline operations and maintain general kitchen cleanliness.
Follow all standard recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and kitchen procedures consistently.
Stock and maintain adequate levels of food products at your station to ensure smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, including the walk-in cooler.
Comply with all nutrition, sanitation, and food safety guidelines.
1 year of previous kitchen experience.
- Passionate about food.
- Possess or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's card within 7 days of hire.
- Ability to stand continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen machinery, knives, etc.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Must speak conversational English.
- Ability to speak or understand Spanish is a plus (although not required).
