The Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist registered Pharmacist who is responsible for the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medication to patients. The Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist works within thorough, prescribed guidelines and procedures; uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors to solve basic problems; The Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist oversees daily mail-order pharmacy operations, ensuring the accurate, safe, and compliant dispensing and distribution of medications. This role leads pharmacy associates, supports quality standards, and drives operational excellence.
As a Supervising Mail Operations Pharmacist you will:
Oversee daily mail-order pharmacy workflow and operations.
Ensure prescription accuracy, quality assurance, and medication tracking standards are met.
Verify medication orders for safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Supervise, coach, and support pharmacy associates.
Monitor productivity, quality, and service performance.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
Hold associates accountable for quality, compliance, and performance expectations.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, or a PharmD
Excellent leadership and coaching skills
Proficient with computers
Hours of operations Monday- Friday 4:30am to 5pm
Normally 10 hours shifts, 4 days a week.
This is an Onsite Position: located at Riverside Distribution Facility 4302 W. Occasional night or weekend shift may be required
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. 126,300 - $173,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
