Requirements

Travel experience documentation

NURSYS report for active NY license and all active RN licenses

RTO included at time of submission

Skills checklist matching specialty

Driver''s license with matching address

EMR experience with EPIC

Current AHA BLS, NIHSS certification

Up to date resume with 2+ years of MS and stroke stepdown experience
