7 on / 7 off daytime schedule with 182 shifts per year
Shifts run 7 am - 7 pm with consistent day-only hours
Optional schedule of 218 annual shifts for physicians seeking additional earnings
Manageable census of 18 - 22 patients with APP support
Closed ICU with 24/7 Intensivist coverage; no procedures required
Physician-led, independent hospitalist group with local scheduling decisions
Epic EMR in use at a large, not-for-profit academic health system
Active Florida license required; board-certified or board-eligible in IM or FP
