Join Wilson Medical Center's Emergency Department which consists of 26 treatment areas. With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, our diverse staff includes RNs, LPNs, CNAs and Unit Secretaries whose goal is to create a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional care. We take pride in our facility being a Certified Chest Pain and Primary Stroke Center. With an average daily census of 120 patients, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality emergency medical care in a fast-paced environment.

A Registered Nurse (RN), who excels in this role:

• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
