Human Resources Generalist -Compliance and Administration

Aeon in the Twin Cities is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to serve as a trusted partner to managers and employees. This role covers performance management, recruitment, orientation, safety program administration, HR compliance reporting, compensation support, and various HR projects.
The successful candidate will coach managers through employee concerns, influence leadership effectiveness through written communications, and collaborate with the HR team under the Vice President of HR.
