Emergency Veterinarian – Ethos ER Immerse Mentorship Program – Phoenix, AZ VetMED, an AAHA-accredited Specialty and 24‑hour Emergency hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, seeks motivated Emergency Veterinarian Mentees to join our dedicated team.

Program Overview 6‑month immersive training program with flexible start dates.

1‑year commitment as an ER clinician following completion.

Surgical training required.

Dedicated mentor on all shifts.

Hybrid training: simulation‑based didactics plus live patient experiences.

Competency‑based curriculum with asynchronous learning on Vetbloom and weekly live virtual didactic rounds.

Regular live continuing education events led by specialists and experienced emergency doctors.

Collaborative Environment Work alongside specialists and residency‑trained colleagues in Critical Care, Surgery, Anesthesiology, Internal Medicine, Radiology, and Dermatology. Our state‑of‑the‑art ER includes telemetry, high‑flow oxygen therapy, mechanical ventilators, three radiology suites, endoscopy, MRI, and a 128‑slice CT.
