Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality control activities.
Identify and report non-conforming materials or products, initiating appropriate corrective actions.
Collaborate with production personnel to address quality issues and implement preventive measures.
Conduct first article inspections and in-process audits to ensure adherence to engineering drawings and quality standards.
Participate in root cause analysis for defects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a technical field preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and inspection methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection results and identify non-conformances.
