We want to find risk takers who are seeking opportunities to change, develop and solve industry-wide problems. BILT project managers will work with the account management team to ensure instruction projects and updates are completed in a timely manner.

Define and manage project scope, timelines, profitability, and delivery

Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively

Work proactively with an internal team of account managers, instruction designers, CAD engineers, and QA pros to understand project requirements and estimate effort to deliver

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, progress, risks, dependencies, etc.

Coordinate the delivery of projects, client changes, and final sign-off

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution (ex. Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards & practices, RACI methodology, etc.)

Measure & assess project performance to identify areas for improvement

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field from an accredited 4-year university or college

4-6 years of project management or related experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Solid technical understanding and writing skills

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Experience meeting requirements through the full project lifecycle

Track record of handling a large number of projects simultaneously

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Knowledge of 3D, animation, or CAD a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, phones, photocopiers, email, and various communication programs (Zoom, Teams, Workfront, etc.) The award-winning BILT app provides Intelligent Instructions® with voice & text-guidance. The 3D animations can be manipulated on a touchscreen so users can see the product from any angle or perspective. BILT allows users to register products and leave a rating and review. BILT has proven to increase loyalty and satisfaction scores while reducing returns, calls to customer support, frustration, and errors.
