We are searching for a Member Services Representative to join our team!
Skills Required Customer Service experience preferred
Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
Answer phones courteously and assist callers with a variety of questions.
Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point‑of‑sale system.
Go above and beyond to keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
Regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility, including exercise equipment, amenities, windows, mirrors, trash removal, and re‑racking weights.
Support team operations by adapting to new policies, procedures, and systems, and completing required company training as assigned.
Frequent restroom/locker room cleaning and stocking.
Physical Demands Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
Frequent walking throughout the facility.
Reaching, bending, and kneeling as needed for cleaning and stocking.
