Concierge Specialist - Call Center
Mount Sinai Medical Center
Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Patient Coordinator I to greet patients, in person or by phone, and perform in a call center capacity while verifying insurance for physician visits.
You will update patient demographics in the practice management system, ensure insurance coverage is acceptable, and communicate with staff to prepare medical records and schedules.
This role requires on-site training and preferred experience in a medical office setting.
