Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Accounting & Reporting, this role will lead key corporate accounting processes and support financial reporting activities across a global organization. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, provide technical accounting expertise, and drive process improvements while ensuring accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review a variety of quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures, including calculation and reconciliation of the statement of cash flows.Manage global pension accounting activities in partnership with external actuaries, Human Resources, and regional finance teams.Oversee annual ERISA benefit plan audits and related financial statement preparation.Direct accounting activities related to insurance programs, including workers compensation and employee health & welfare plans.Coordinate with Tax, Treasury, and regional Controllership teams around the world to ensure alignment and timely deliverables.Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and analytics to ensure completeness and accuracy, including presenting variance analysis to management on a quarterly basis.Support special projects and other corporate accounting initiatives as assigned.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting6+ years of experience in public accounting and/or a multinational corporate accounting environmentStrong knowledge of U.GAAP and financial reportingExperience managing complex accounting processesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsDemonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functionsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment#LI -TC1 Preferred QualificationsCPA licenseExperience with pension, insurance, or employee benefit accountingSAP and related reporting and planning toolsExperience with Workiva financial reporting platformTrack record of leading process improvement and automation initiativesFamiliarity with AI-enabled productivity and financial reporting toolsBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceLife Insurance and DisabilityGrace Wellness ProgramFlexible WorkplaceRetirement Plans 401(k) Company Match Paid Vacation and HolidaysParental Leave (salaried only)Tuition ReimbursementCompany Donation Match ProgramGrace is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
