RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. 750 referral bonus available.
RN - OR
Work 4x10 day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Flu vaccination required for all travelers (exemption must be client approved)
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and standards
- Complete patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with surgical team
- Anticipate surgical team needs by assembling supplies according to surgeon preference cards
- Document perioperative data, nursing interventions, treatments, and patient responses accurately
