Registered Nurse Progressive Care PCU
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care PCU team on a full-time night shift basis. This is a mixed acuity unit, offering nurses the incredible opportunity to care for patients across a broad skill mix expanding your clinical expertise and keeping your practice dynamic and rewarding.
3 shifts per week (12-hour night shifts)

• Every 3rd weekend required
• Rotating holidays

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across a mixed acuity Progressive Care PCU unit
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including physicians, therapists, and support staff
Educate patients and families regarding care, treatment plans, and discharge needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Uphold Banner Health's standards of safety, quality, and compassionate care
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado (or compact license eligibility)
Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes
1+ year of Medical Surgical or acute care nursing experience
~ Experience in a mixed acuity or progressive care setting
