Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Endocrinologist to join a modern, technology-driven outpatient practice. The physician will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and management of endocrine and metabolic disorders in an adult patient population.

Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage patients with endocrine and metabolic conditions
Diagnose and treat:
Diabetes mellitus (Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes)
Thyroid disorders
Osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease
Adrenal and pituitary disorders
Obesity and metabolic syndrome
Hormonal imbalances and reproductive endocrine concerns
Develop individualized treatment and lifestyle management plans
Interpret endocrine laboratory results, imaging, and diagnostic studies
Manage insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitoring systems (CGMs), and advanced diabetes therapies when applicable
Provide patient education focused on prevention, wellness, and long-term disease management
Collaborate closely with primary care physicians, dietitians, diabetes educators, and specialists
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Manage an average patient volume of approximately 16 patients per day
Participate in telehealth services as scheduled
Qualifications
MD or DO degree required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology Fellowship
Active or eligible for Delaware Medical License
DEA registration required
Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
