Join an established team of 1 Physician and 1 Nurse Practitioner Each provider has 1:1 Medical Assistant support Remote RN triage support available through a regional pool Physicians take their own call Monday-Thursday nights Weekend call rotation: 1:7 (increasing to 1:8 in November 2026) MAs perform lab draws onsite Beautiful facility is approximately 6 years old Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community. Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning. Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system. Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
