Job Summary - Entry Phlebotomist I / Lobby Experience Coordinator
Location: Greenville, NC
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM (32.5 hours/week)
Duration: 5+ Month Contract

Job Description :
This role is primarily a Lobby Experience Coordinator (LEC) position focused on providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for patients.
The candidate will greet patients, assist with kiosk check-ins, answer questions, help maintain the waiting area, and occasionally perform phlebotomy duties to cover breaks or staffing shortages.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients upon arrival.
Help patients complete check-in using kiosks or tablets.
Provide compassionate customer service and address patient concerns.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lobby environment.
Cover phlebotomy duties during breaks and staffing shortages.
Perform specimen collection and processing according to established procedures.
Accurately maintain records and documentation.
Assist with facility cleaning and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (required, no exceptions).
Some phlebotomy experience required (including internship or externship experience).
Minimum 1-2 years of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, healthcare, home health aide, etc.).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer, keyboarding, and data entry experience.
Ability to work with patients professionally and compassionately
