Front of House Restaurant Server (Runner)

Job Description
A Restaurant Busser supports the dining staff by keeping tables clean, organized, and ready for guests. Bussers help maintain a smooth dining experience by clearing dishes, resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Responsibilities
Clear and clean tables after guests leave
Reset tables with clean silverware, dishes, and napkins
Assist servers with food delivery and guest needs
Refill water, beverages, bread, or condiments as needed
Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in dining areas
Stock service stations with supplies
Help maintain sanitation and safety standards
Sweep and mop floors when necessary
Support kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy periods

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays or bus tubs
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and customer service skills
Previous restaurant experience preferred but not always required
