(We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of our AI-powered SaaS platform. In this role, you'll translate customer insights, market research, and business goals into product strategy, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions, and guide products from concept through launch. You'll play a key role in building experiences that help people work better together through personalized coaching and behavioral insights.

Develop product strategy informed by customer research, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.

• Define feature scope, write epics, prioritize the backlog, and serve as Product Owner for an agile development team.
• Measure product performance using data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with SaaS or platform products.
• Experience working in agile software development environments.
• Bachelor's degree.

Experience building AI-enabled products or features.
