Undergraduate Recruiter

Job Description As a Campus Recruiter, you will lead campus‐focused recruiting initiatives that engage students and promote opportunities at the firm. Your role will involve planning events, connecting with university partners, and guiding candidates through the hiring journey.

Responsibilities Plan, execute and energize campus recruitment events such as career fairs, networking sessions, and leadership programs across Michigan and Northern Ohio.

Identify and evaluate candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and guiding them through the hiring process.

Partner closely with firm leaders to anticipate hiring needs and shape recruiting strategies.

Leverage recruiting tools and technology to streamline the process and enhance the candidate experience.

Support broader talent acquisition initiatives beyond campus recruiting.

Desired Skills, Experience & Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience or strong interest in early talent development, talent acquisition, or campus engagement.

Experience managing multiple recruiting initiatives, events, and timelines simultaneously.

Familiarity with recruiting systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Willingness and enthusiasm to travel and maintain a strong on‑campus presence.
