$20 per hour (DOE)
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role:

As an Internal Recruiter, you'll manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of clerical, administrative, warehouse, and manufacturing positions while providing exceptional service to both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities
• Source, recruit, interview, and screen qualified candidates
• Match candidates with client opportunities based on skills and experience
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and new hire paperwork
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Communicate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Meet recruiting goals while delivering an outstanding candidate experience

Qualifications
• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plus
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency
