What You'll Do:

Dispense and prepare inpatient medications in accordance with hospital protocols

Review medication orders to ensure accuracy and efficacy

Monitor patient responses and manage medication therapy plans

Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care

Maintain accurate documentation of medication histories and interventions

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and legal standards

Participate in quality assurance initiatives and formulary management

What You Need:

Valid Pharmacist licensure in Kansas or eligible for licensure

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Prior inpatient pharmacy experience preferred but not required

Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
