Provide responsive help-desk support and resolve technical issues, including assisting with onboarding new employees

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network problems

Administer and support Windows client and server environments, including setup, configuration, and maintenance

Contribute to networking tasks involving routers, switches, and firewalls

Implement cybersecurity best practices, security protocols, and proactive measures to safeguard digital assets

Participate in team projects and contribute to continuous improvement of the IT environment

Monitor system performance and resolve issues to prevent disruptions and downtime

Assist with implementation of new technologies, software, and hardware upgrades

Manage the IT environment, including user accounts and hardware

Work closely with global IT professionals, development teams, DevOps support, and other stakeholders

Requirements US citizenship with an active security clearance or the ability to obtain one

Minimum of 2-5 years in a Systems Administrator role or related IT positions

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience

Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals

Proficiency in administering and supporting Windows client and server environments

Experience with Linux system administration, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Awareness of cybersecurity principles and the ability to apply security measures effectively

Strong teamwork and relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments

CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ certifications desired

Experience with Microsoft Server systems including Office 365 administration, EntraID/Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, System Canter desired

Familiarity with information security in relation to CMMC and ISO 27001 standards desired

Knowledge of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Facility Clearance Level (FCL) requirements desired
