Full Opportunity Brief Contextual Overview Linkhorst Law Firm, P.A. is a Palm Beach County construction law firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join its practice in Jupiter, FL. The firm specializes in construction law, serving contractors, subcontractors, owners, and community associations across the lifecycle of construction projects.
Key Eligibility Criteria Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
1-3 years of litigation or construction law experience preferred (clerkship or internship experience is a plus).
Strong foundation in law with a demonstrated interest or experience in construction law.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills with strong drafting abilities.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work Conduct comprehensive legal research regarding statutes, case law, regulations, and administrative guidance.
Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and opinion letters.
Assist with discovery, document review, and case strategy development with senior attorneys.
Participate in negotiations, attend client meetings, and appear at hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and opposing counsel.
