FCI Residential is a part of Florida Crystals Corporation's real estate division, which focuses on multi-family residential development in urban and in-fill areas. The real estate division currently has approximately 5,500 units in the development process throughout Florida.

OVERVIEW: Responsible for the overall cleanliness of building exteriors and the curb appeal of the community by maintaining the highest levels of superb presentation. This includes the amenities, leasing office, model, breezeways and common areas.

Daily cleaning of building exteriors, breezeways and hallways including light fixtures, mailbox area, fire extinguisher boxes, entry doors, stairs and railings. Remove all debris throughout the community including amenities, walkways, community entrance, model, show apartments and Leasing Office daily. Compactors and trash chutes are cleaned in the mornings and maintained throughout the day. Responsible for helping to keep a neat, orderly, and safe workshop. Take action or inform the Maintenance Supervisor of any areas needing special attention or correction (unhealthy plants, sod, trees etc.). Responsible for knowledge of management company and community policies and procedures. Responsible for the care and maintenance of all equipment and supplies owned by the community. Complete required training courses either online or in person meetings. Follow all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company safety policies. Report any hazardous or risk liability situations to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

ESSENTIAL CAPABILITIES (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES): Honesty, integrity, competence, professionalism and drive. janitorial, painting etc. is to be accomplished with assistance at all times. Expectations to be outdoors (66% - 100%) and indoors (1% - 33%) of the time. Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals, paint fumes, solvents, adhesives (1% - 33% of the time). ESSENTIAL EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required. English required (bi-lingual a plus).
