59 per diem for every overnight travel day

• All travel and lodging expenses paid
• Paid training
• Overtime available (up to 10 hours/week with approval)
• As a Traveling Painter, you'll support commercial painting and related field services within and outside of the Massachusetts market, with extensive overnight travel nationwide. Once trained, you'll work independently while representing the company professionally at customer sites.

Perform interior and exterior commercial painting projects
Operate industrial paint equipment and hand tools
Support additional services as needed, including pressure washing, HVAC coil cleaning, food and beverage equipment services, and general facility maintenance
Assist with site supervision, furniture removal, and installation, as needed
Follow all company policies, safety standards, and PPE requirements
Prioritize customer needs while managing workload independently
Build strong customer relationships and consistently deliver A+ customer service
Pride in your work — strong attention to quality and customer satisfaction
Willingness to travel overnight nationwide (100%)
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in all weather
Must be able to travel up to 2 weeks at one given time
Willingness to assist with tasks beyond painting as needed
2+ years Commercial painting experience

• Construction or general maintenance experience
• Basic HVAC and food and beverage equipment service
• Nationwide travel (100% on the road)
