A nonprofit founded in 1969 in Charlotte, North Carolina, we have since grown to be one of the largest providers of comprehensive substance use disorder treatment in western North Carolina. McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is seeking Full-time Counselor's to join our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Clinic at our headquarters location in Charlotte, NC.
How will you help us achieve our mission? Play a pivotal role in monitoring and evaluating client progress, adjusting treatments as necessary for optimal outcomes.
Connect patients with vital support services, such as medical evaluation, mental health, and social support. Participate in clinical supervision sessions to foster your professional growth and development.
We're looking for a minimum Master's degree-level fully licensed or associate licensed Family Counselor (LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC). Additionally, we're looking for a candidate with a strong interest in justice services, the ability to engage and support adolescents in overcoming substance use issues, and also a strong understanding of the intersection of substance use, mental health, and justice involvement.
