We’re looking for a Recruiter to support hiring for a group of independently owned and operated Great Clips® salons. In this role, you’ll help local salon owners attract and hire licensed hair stylists and managers to build strong salon teams.

If you’re organized, upbeat, and genuinely care about helping people find the right opportunity, this could be a meaningful next step.

A cosmetology or barbering license is a MUST, with prior recruitment experience a plus! Take charge of the recruitment process across our 25 salons, from sourcing and screening to hiring the best talent. Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability. Represent Tambry at recruitment events, connecting with potential candidates to showcase our brand and career opportunities. Work closely with salon managers to grasp staffing requirements and devise successful recruitment plans.

Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition

Retail, service, hospitality, or multi-unit experience is helpful
