As a CNA Restorative Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' recovery and rehabilitation goals. Provide resident-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort to our short-term and long-term residents
Assist with restorative therapy programs, including exercise, ambulation, and mobility exercises, under the guidance of licensed therapists
Monitor and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and participate in care conferences
Perform various activities of daily living (ADLs) and assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma
